Communist Barbados???
Chuck, please check your facts before misleading listeners. Barbados was never a communist country and yes, English law is the basis of common law legal systems used there.

Please stop this foolish portrayal of Cody being kept in a Cuban prison. He was a 19 year old kid being forced to stay at a resort in paradise until he was cleared of any wrongful doing. You would expect nothing less if a foreigner was in the middle of an investigation here in Canada...they would mot be permitted to leave either.
